I travel quite a few times each year and this story really caught my eye. Nowadays when you walk through Airport Security you have to remove all metal particles from your body eg cell phones, belts etc. This is a really painstaking process especially when you have about 10 people ahead of you in line who all happen to have 'ten pounds' of articles with them. The screening for

Future Attribute Screening Technology or FAST would measure the natural signals coming from your body -- your heart rate, breathing, eye movement, body temperature and fidgeting instead of focusing on whether you have hidden explosives or whether you're carrying a weapon. The Technology is supposed to detect signals from a person by detect wether a person has intent to harm.
